I absolutely love this product! After an error with my order and a sample pomade accidentally got mixed in my box, I emailed Tareva. She ALWAYS responds to me quickly. I expressed my concerns and sent pictures. Tareva immediately apologized, was very empathetic, and sent me another pomade for free. Tareva was very grateful that I gave her the opportunity to correct my order. Not only was my order fulfilled, I received my new pomade fast. I love these products!!! My first time ordering. After being on a long hair product search journey for my son, I thank God that I found Kings Kare. On Google, I typed “natural home made hair care products for black men” and I found Kings Kare. I needed a specialized shampoo to help my son’s dry scalp, and all the products I used in the past did not work. The shampoo stimulated and removed the dry skin from my son’s scalp. The conditioner did too. All products smell so good!! My son loves getting his hair washed and washing his own hair. The Kings Pomade is the best! It smells so good and works great on my son’s hair.
