How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $75 . Orders under $75 have a Flat Fee of $9

How long will my order take to arrive?

Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed, and can take between 2-5 business days to arrive (use your tracking info to keep an eye on the whereabouts of your order). During busy periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

How do you manage refunds and returns? 

Whilst we hand pack and put a lot of care into your order, we understand there may be times when you've accidentally ordered the wrong product or a product is not what you expected. Be sure to check the ingredients tab in our website footer before purchasing to check for any additions you may be sensitive to. 

Please note, we can only accept a return or exchange on unopened products.

We are not responsible for products lost in the mail or stolen upon delivery.
