BRAND STORY:

Being a professionally trained barber gave insight to the needs of men. While talking through their day it was easy to see that men utilized the barbershop as a sounding board and a place of peace. We are constantly reminded of how society underestimates and rarely appreciates the implementations and impact that men make in our homes, neighborhoods and society.

@Tareva Woodard recognized that men did not participate in self care nor did many have positive relationships with other black men, she wanted to make a simple but impactful addition to their routine care.

the self proclaimed "Momma Mogul" is a woman that wears many hats. She is the wife of Terrance Woodard, also known as "Waldo". Tareva is the mother of two biological daughters and a bonus daughter. Not only is she building an empire with the love of her life, she is also leaving a legacy for their children and teaching them that "girls can rule the world”

I absolutely love this product! After an error with my order and a sample pomade accidentally got mixed in my box, I emailed Tareva. She ALWAYS responds to me quickly. I expressed my concerns and sent pictures. Tareva immediately apologized, was very empathetic, and sent me another pomade for free. I love these products!!! My first time ordering. After being on a long hair product search journey for my son, I thank God that I found Kings Kare. On Google, I typed “natural home made hair care products for black men” and I found Kings Kare. I needed a specialized shampoo to help my son’s dry scalp, and all the products I used in the past did not work. The shampoo stimulated and removed the dry skin from my son’s scalp. The conditioner did too. All products smell so good!! My son loves getting his hair washed and washing his own hair. The Kings Pomade is the best! It smells so good and works great on my son’s hair.
